Terms of Use

Rules for using the taplevelpat website and game media. Last updated: 2026-08-15.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, simply do not use it. These Terms cover the website; each game will have its own terms or EULA, which govern that game.

1. Operator and age

taplevelpat is the trading name of an independent game developer from Ukraine, Mykhailo Didenko (the “operator”). The public brand name does not by itself represent that a separate legal entity of that name exists. Legal notices are accepted at legal@taplevelpat.com.

The site is for a general audience and has no age restriction on reading it, but the contact routes are designed for adults. If you are under 16, please involve a parent or guardian when writing to us.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site, share ordinary links to it, and download files expressly marked as press assets for editorial coverage with appropriate credit.

You may not: bypass technical protections; disrupt the site or place unreasonable load on it; scrape content contrary to technical restrictions; present our material as your own; imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist; resell content; use the site for unlawful purposes; or infringe anyone else’s rights.

We may restrict or end access to the site where that is necessary to protect the service or other users. This does not affect rights you already have in a game you have obtained.

3. Game availability and forward-looking statements

The catalogue on this site describes games in development. Names, mechanics, art, platforms, timing, monetisation, and features may change, or may never ship at all.

A “Coming soon” label means only that a game is being worked on. It does not mean the game is available, that a store has accepted it, or that a release date is confirmed. Screenshots show builds in development, not the final product. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a promise to release, or a guarantee of any particular feature.

Any prices, if they ever appear, are set by the app store for your region and may differ from any figure shown on this site or in a screenshot.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, writing, game names, concepts, code, images, and brand elements belong to the operator or are used under licence. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners; a reference to Google Play or Apple does not imply any partnership or endorsement by them.

Some visuals may be created with generative AI tools and then selected, edited, and integrated by a person. See Licences & AI.

If you believe your material has been used here without a proper basis, email legal@taplevelpat.com with the exact location, a description of the work, and evidence of your rights. We will review it and, where appropriate, temporarily remove the disputed material while we do.

5. Ideas and material you send us

We enjoy feedback, but we do not accept confidential game ideas. If you send us a suggestion, concept, mechanic, script, image, or other material on your own initiative, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that you are sending it on a non-confidential basis.

You permit us to use that material, without payment, to develop and improve our games. We are not obliged to review it, keep it, or reply to it.

This does not take away your copyright and does not let us pass your work off as ours. The point of this clause is different: we work on many ideas independently and at the same time, and a resemblance between one of our games and someone’s suggestion may well be a coincidence. If your idea is genuinely confidential, please do not send it.

6. Stores, purchases, and third-party services

Downloads and purchases will be handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Refunds, payment methods, prices, and availability are controlled by the store and by mandatory law. We do not process payments and never see your payment details.

Our games contain no real-money gambling, wagering, or cash-out of winnings. Any in-game currency or items, if introduced, have no monetary value outside the game and are not exchangeable for money.

Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, or data practices and are not responsible for them.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for accuracy and security, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law permits, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of this website. The operator’s total liability for claims relating to the website itself is limited to the amount you paid us for access to it, and since the site is free, that amount is zero. Liability for a game you have obtained is governed by that game’s own terms and the store’s rules.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law: including for intentional acts, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, and they do not remove the mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.

8. Law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, which apply regardless of that choice.

If any provision turns out to be invalid, the rest of the Terms remain in force and the invalid provision is replaced by the closest valid equivalent.

We may update these Terms; a new date will appear at the top of the page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated version. Before going to court, please try to resolve the matter directly. Write to legal@taplevelpat.com; we do read those messages.
